Since the beginning of this year, Tuha Oilfield has established a "highway" for shale oil, tight oil and other reservoirs through various fracturing methods, so that beneficial oil can emerge from the rock joint. So far this year, the field has fracked 38,000 tons of oil, a 15% increase over the same period last year, and the cost has fallen by 10%.
The new strata in Tuha oilfield generally have the characteristics of "long, thin, numerous and scattered", which requires artificial fractures to be connected through. Upgrading fracturing technology is like widening artificial fractures in the formation, making the fracture "road condition" better and increasing the flow rate.
In recent years, technicians in Tuha Oilfield have continued to strengthen the adaptability of volumetric fracturing technology, formed a series of technologies for the fine-stratified three-dimensional transformation of exploration vertical Wells and the fine-cut full transformation of horizontal Wells, achieved major breakthroughs in five fields, and the daily oil and gas equivalent of three Wells exceeded 100 cubic meters, reducing the cost of oil and gas discovery to the lowest since the 13th Five-Year Plan.
Tuha Oilfield also relies on the scientific research platform of the Joint stock company to tackle the potential replacement fields such as deep conglomerate, shale oil and tight oil in the Jundong New Area, and carries out the fine fracturing plan design of "one district, one case" and "one well, one policy" to ensure that the plan is reasonable, effective, economical and practical. In tight oil blocks, fracturing technicians determined the technical route of "horizontal well close cutting + high-intensity transformation" to increase tight oil production. Among them, the four platform Wells in Kangtan Block 1 used the 140 mpa unit zipper fracturing mode for the first time, and the maximum oil per day in the block after fracturing reached 160 tons. In the shale oil block, Tuha oilfield created the "long horizontal section + fine cutting + high-intensity transformation + carbon dioxide" volume fracturing 2.0 upgrade version, the first use of flowback fluid reuse, underground hawk-eye testing, the group's synchronized pressure flooding and other new technologies to increase production and reduce costs, the construction scale expanded by 18%.
In addition, Tuha oilfield has formed a "small cluster spacing + high strength sand addition + limited flow perforation + temporary plugging and diversion + quartz sand instead of ceramic" controlled fluid sand fracturing technology system. Compared with the previous horizontal well reservoir reconstruction effect, the average liquid consumption per well is reduced by 10% to 20%, and the economic benefit is significantly improved under the condition that the production improvement effect is basically the same.
