The 900,000-ton/year diesel hydrogenation modification unit adjusts the raw material ratio, controls indicators such as the temperature rise of the cracking reactor bed and the top temperature of the stripping tower, adjusts the thermal balance of the reaction fractionation system, and improves the operational efficiency of the unit and the product conversion rate. Facing the weather characteristics of large temperature differences between day and night, frequent sand and dust weather accompanied by rainfall, Lanzhou Petrochemical adheres to standardized and refined inspection, focusing on monitoring the operation of large units to ensure the stable operation of equipment and facilities and guarantee the output and quality of aviation fuel.
