Pneumatic membrane double-seat control valve is composed of multi-spring pneumatic membrane actuator and straight-through double-guided double-seat valve, with compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, etc., with compressed air transmission stem spool to achieve the control and adjustment of the flow medium, can realize the automatic adjustment and control of the fluid medium of the process pipeline, suitable for clean medium occasions where the leakage amount is not strict and the pressure difference before and after the valve is large. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, power station and other industrial control fields, mainly control gas, liquid, steam and other media.

Structural features
1. The pneumatic membrane actuator is used to configure the positioner to achieve accurate adjustment and control of the process parameters of the fluid medium;
2. Positive action of the actuator: air-closed type-normally open type (when the signal pressure increases, the valve position is displaced), "B type";
3. Actuator reaction: gas-open type-normally closed type (when the signal pressure increases, the valve position is displaced upward), "K type";
4. Double seat plunger type valve core, suitable for large pressure difference, large flow and not very clean medium and leakage requirements are not strict.
