Overview

High temperature and high pressure gate valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting media on pipelines under various operating conditions such as petroleum, chemical, thermal power plants, etc. with a working temperature of -29~570 ℃ and Class1500~3500Lb.

Product Overview

1. The gate valve of the high-temperature and high-pressure power plant adopts an advanced flow channel equal diameter straight through structure, greatly reducing the flow resistance coefficient and energy loss, and significantly improving the service life and performance of the valve;

2. The valve cavity adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure with good sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures;

3. The sealing surface of the gate and valve seat is made of Stellite cobalt based hard surfacing welding, with good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance;

4. The valve stem of the pound level high-temperature and high-pressure power plant gate valve has undergone tempering and surface nitriding treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance;

5. The structure of the opening and closing parts can be designed into different forms such as single board, double board, parallel double board, etc. according to user requirements;

6. The opening and closing of the electric gate valve are controlled by an electric device, which is equipped with a dedicated motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, on-site operation mechanism, and manual and electric switching machines

Construction. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation can also be carried out.
