Product Structure Features

Knife gate valve is a type of straight-stroke on-off valve with elegant appearance, light weight and compact structure, and it can be controlled in a manual or pneumatical manner.

Because the knife gate has very strong shearing force, it is very suitable for the working environment with particles or fibers in the papermaking,

sewage treatment, mining, sugar refining and chemical fiber industries.

The main structure features include:

1.With the integrated structure, ultra-thin valve and full-bore flow rate, knife gate valve can avoid the medium leakage and flow loss to the greatest extent with easy

installation and operation.
2.Fixed guide claw is adopted to fix the gate on the bottom of flow channel, the groove design is abandoned to avoid slag jamming due to medium accumulation when the valve is closed.
3.A knife-shaped arc is designed on the gate bottom to achieve strong shearing effect and excellent sealing effect on the medium when the gate is moved.
4.With the design of replaceable seat, the seat cover is used to fix and pre-tighten the gate seat. If the seat is not tightly sealed, the fixing screw on the seat

cover can be adjusted to improve the sealing effect.
5.The design of double bearing can greatly reduce the valve torque and facilitate the valve opening and closing.
